Arriving for your session

~ notes for new and returning clients ~

Please review these details to ensure a comfortable session

  • Kindly arrive for your session at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.  This allows you a chance to arrive, transition and ground yourself for your session without rush or fluster.  As you arrive, please silence your cell phones, and address any phone calls outside.  Please adopt a low volume voice as you enter our tranquil environment.  As this is a shared space, we must be mindful that others may be in session.  You may have a seat in the waiting area and you will be met for your appointment.  For further details regarding parking, please visit the schedule + location tab on this site.
  • Understandably, daily life can offer challenges at times.  If you are running late, please call to notify me as soon as possible.  Time permitting, I will honor the full session time.  Please consider that there may be a scheduled appointment after you and in this case, your session will be honored only for the duration of our originally scheduled time allotment.
  • If you must cancel, please notify me as soon as possible.  If you have used the online booking tool to create your appointment, you can cancel or make changes online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.  We require 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation/no show fee at the discretion of 360 Massage Therapy.  Please see cancellation/no show policy details on the front page of the website.  **Gift certificate holders can also refer to policy details on the same page.
  • As you arrive, you may be requested to complete a confidential health and wellness intake form - this is a requirement by The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and you will be required to update this information yearly and/or advise of any change of information or health status.
  • A verbal assessment may take place to determine our goals for our session together.  Please advise of any injuries, health concerns, or personal changes that may affect our session or your comfort, personal health and wellness.
  • Kindly advise prior to session of any known and/or existing allergies to products - all precautions are taken to use a topical product suitable to your skin type.  All products used in session are all natural and all organic.
  • If found that conditions exist that may cause harm with the application of massage, your session may be re-scheduled.  You will not be charged for this cancellation.
  • If you are a returning client, kindly advise if you have experienced any changes in your health, medications, or well-being since your last visit.  Also advise of any changes in address, phone, email, and/or emergency contact details.
  • Minors (age 17 and under) will need to have a parent or legal guardian present, who will be required to complete a Minor Consent Form as required by DSHS.   The parent or legal guardian may/may not choose to be present in the treatment room.
  • As we prepare to commence with our session, you will have a private area to disrobe to your comfort level.  Choosing to fully disrobe is preferred and will aid in the uninterrupted flow of the massage.  If you prefer to leave undergarments on, that is also acceptable.
  • Your session will include full draping with a towel.  At times you may have multiple body surfaces undraped for access and flow of the massage.  If you prefer sheet draping or more conservative draping, please communicate this to me prior or during our session.  You will be requested to “sign off” on draping procedures.
  • At the end of your session, you may be advised of observations and/or offered suggestions for at-home, self-care.  Please acknowledge that these are observations and suggestions only, and are not to be interepreted as prescriptions or diagnoses. In the case that pain, discomfort or concerns arise or persist, always consult with a medical professional.
  • A robe and slippers will be provided if required.
