MASSAGE is truly a hands-on experience - and for each person who receives this experience, it can be interpreted in their own personal way.

I am a therapeutic, rehabilitative, energetic and integrative therapist - opting to work with the whole body - this includes the musculature, mind, and spirit.  The more information that you can give me regarding your aches and pains, the better I can assess how to “lay hands” on you.  It’s not silly to tell me about the childhood fall that you had when you were first learning how to ride a bike. Every single “little surgery” is important and relevant.  How you are feeling emotionally on the day of your massage is a factor that I consider as well when planning our session.

Since 2011, I have had the ongoing opportunity to spend time at Esalen® Institute in Big Sur, California and to participate in a series of Bodywork Workshops with a focus on “Holloman Deep Bodywork” workshops.  This has been such a privilege for me and a life changing event.  Not only have I had the chance to learn valuable Deep Bodywork (Deep Tissue) techniques to bring home to my practice of massage, but I have been able to work amongst a group of caring, compassionate and like-minded individuals who have gathered together from worldwide.  Each day includes joining in together to create a strong sense of community - our TRIBE.  To learn together to honor the body, to work through barriers, and to allow the body and mind to unwind in order to accept the wonderful gift of touch and Deep Bodywork. â€‹

The principles and values instilled by my training at Esalen Institute are foundations that I am proud to bring forth to my practice.  Moving ahead, I plan to continue my training and to always move forward with discovery of my personal human potential with future workshops at Esalen® Institute.  As of December 2013, I have earned the esteemed accreditation of Certified Esalen® Massage Practitioner and I am proud to say that I am the first and only Certified Esalen® Practitioner in Dallas, TX.  Along with this achievement, I am also recognized as an "Esalen Deep Bodywork" Practitioner.

Previous, I have worked as an LMT within the chiropractic setting and at renowned, award-winning spa's in the DFW area.

In Autumn 2017, I will begin my Fletcher Pilates Comprehensive Program, Teacher Training in Los Angeles, CA.  As an avid student of Fletcher Pilates in Dallas at Pilates Squared Studio, this is an opportunity to further build upon my bodywork practice to enhance my own self and to aid others in their wellness journey.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada as a First-Generation Chinese, I now consider Dallas, TX to be home (away from home) and share my life with my husband, step-daughter and fur-babies Snoops, Orville and Socks.  Also known by many by the first name "Lily", I am a full-time Licensed Massage Therapist, a student of Life and always open to learning and discovering the wonders of The Universe.

I believe in giving back as much as possible, and I am an avid supporter of several charities and organizations including The American and Canadian Cancer Society, The American Heart Association, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital, HIV/AIDS fundraising efforts, The Esalen Fund, SPCA Texas and Dallas Animal Services, as well as a frequent foster and rescuer of lost and misplaced animals.  I am an avid traveler, an animal lover, food enthusiast, and full of gratitude for my many amazing experiences and opportunities.
